From the very start the customer service was phenomenal. They were able to get the measurement’s quickly and provide timely quotes. They were very flexible in adding and subtracting from my order as I honed in on what I truly wanted. Claudia was extremely helpful when I went to the design center and German was equally as helpful ensuring the finishing product was amazing. I am overly excited and happy about the work that has been done. If you are in need of flooring professionals whether it is your home or you are remodeling a home for a sell, I definitely recommend them.
